[APIHPC] Social Media Campaign for National Public Health Week (April 6- 12, 2020)

Dear Friends,

We hope you are healthy and safe during this truly unprecedented time. We appreciate your commitment to diligently continue providing critical services to the communities you serve.

For Asian and Pacific Islander Health Parity Coalition, COVID-19 and its impact has underscored the importance of public health and ensuring that our most vulnerable have access to programs and services.

With public health in the national spotlight, we ask that you help us raise awareness about our Asian and Pacific Islander communities and our invaluable service providers dedicated to serving this community.

Please help us by participating in our campaign to highlight National Public Health Week (April 6-10).

We have included an editorial calendar and sample social media posts in English, Chinese, Khmer, and Vietnamese to be distributed during NPHW week.

Please feel free to post these messages as is, or tailor them to better resonate with your clients and community.

Also, APIHPC will be executing this campaign from the APIHPC Facebook page (https://bit.ly/39vkvfy). We would like to tag each of your organization’s social media pages as well. If you do not want to be tagged please let us know by April 1st, 2020. If we do not hear from you we’ll assume we have your organization’s consent.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Natalie Ah Soon at natalieahsoon@ramsinc.org or Stacy Lavilla at slavilla@gmail.com

Thank you!
Be well, be safe and stay healthy!

Christina Shea, Chair APIHPC
